ELECTION SCHEDULE OF
ABBOTTABAD CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY
FOR THE YEAR 2022-23
In compliance with trade Organization Rule 14 and Memorandum and Article of Association of Abbottabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry bearing License No. 235 granted under the Trade Organization Act 2013, the Executive Committee has approved the election for the year 2022-23 in its meeting held on July 09, 2022, as enumerated below:

| 3 | The Secretary General shall display the provisional list of all member eligible to vote along with their National Tax Registration Number, Sales Tax Registration if applicable and with the name, national identity card number of their representative at Notice Board and website of the chamber | Within 7 days of the announcement of election schedule | By 21st July, 2022 (Thursday) |
| 4 | The member who have any objection to the entries/changes in the list of voters shall send their objections in writing to the Secretary General | Within 7 days of the issuance of voter list | By 28th July, 2022 (Thursday) |

| 12 | Any person who is eligible to contest the Election for the vacant posts of the member executive committee shall submit his nomination papers to the Secretary General on the prescribed form in accordance with the Articles of Association or Rules of the Chamber. | 22. | Any person elected, as member of E.C. shall submit his nomination for election as an office bearer (P/S.V.P./V.P) duly proposed and seconded by an elected E.C.
